I need an S22 ultra model which is able to connect properly with T-Mobile while having two nano sim card slots for out of US travel

US models are technically duel sim you can have a physical and ESIM
My advice see if t mobile has ESIM for Android and get thay and when you travel get a physical sim from that country

Out of US travel will not work on a US model, except for the US Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico.
