When opening or previewing YouTube, Facebook, and ig, the phone won't play sound. I have to restart my phone and then find the posts I wanted to view to hear sound. Is there a fix?
I had that issue for YouTube and was confused but I just turned the phone off and hold the "volume up and power button" at the same time and once the Samsung logo appears then let go of the power button but continue to hold the "volume up button" until a reboot screen appears then let go and navigate to "clear cache" but using the volume keys to scroll down and the power button to select. After you select the "clear cache petition" then go down to "repair apps" select that and your phone will try to fix itself more like rebooting itself from possible bug's you got from previous updates.
Didn’t work for me. My phone calls still have the ring and vibration working, but notifications for some apps (messages, especially) are not working. This started last year on my Galaxy 10+ after an update, and I thought my phone was dying. That’s why I ended up getting the 22 Ultra. Pfft. This is SO FRUSTRATING! Please help, Samsung!
