S22 can't send text messages outside of a group chat

I receive texts fine from anyone. But for some reason my texts do not get received if they are sent outside a group chat. If I text In a group chat the message is sent fine. Outside it never gets delivered.

Have you brought this issue to the attention of your carrier?

Yeah I have an open support case with them. But trying to see if I can resolve on my own in the meantime

I know it sounds stupid and condescending, but try restarting your phone. I had the same issue and eventually was (unknowingly) not receiving texts from iphone users. The issue resolved itself after I restarted with a full charge. **Side note** If my S22 isn't restarted atleast once a month, the same text issues pop up again. Good luck!

That happened to me because my carrier at the time had the wrong imei information in their system
