Galaxy S22Hello,
New here, received the ui7 update, since then Bluetooth devices connect intermittently, I have to restart my phone before they connect again, some times it seems like they are connected, then I answer a call or make a call, and the Bluetooth device will not pick up the call and cannot connect even using the phone screen option. I try to turn it on (as the audio person and Google Assistant portion works), but that doesn't make a difference, then I have to restart my phone for Bluetooth to work again - additionally I noticed when I'm having this issue other Bluetooth devices may not be connecting properly at all....this is frustrating as I drive for a living and use a headset.. has anyone else had a similar issue or does anybody have ideas that could help solve this issue?..
I have restarted phone, and it will solve the issue temporarily.. I have unpaired the device and repaired, that does not solve, only restarting the phone solves it, but temporarily.
Thank you in advance.
S

Galaxy S22• Turn off the device.
• Press and hold the Volume Up key and the Power key together.
• When the Android logo appears, release the keys.
• Use the Volume Down button to highlight Wipe cache partition.
• Press the Power button to select Wipe cache partition.
• Use Volume Down to highlight Yes.
• Press the Power button to confirm the selection.
You won't lose any of your data.
If the above steps don't work, you might want to try resetting Bluetooth/Wi-Fi connection settings:
Settings>General management>Reset>Reset Wi-Fi and Bluetooth settings

Galaxy S22These are, at best, temporary measures. The problems will return... If only there was some way to get Samsung to pay attention to these posts...

Every since the new update I'm having to reboot my phone to connect to my SHOKZ headset. Is there a remedy for this?

Galaxy S22@usereyTVXEfx0j Did you wipe the device cache partition after the update? I recommend that you do this after every device update. It wipes out incompatible or outdated cache information which might be incompatible after the update. It does not erase any user data nor applications.
To wipe the device cache partition:
1. Power off your device.
2. Power up while holding down the Volume up key and the Side key until the Samsung logo appears.
3. An Android recovery menu will appear.
4. Use the Volume down key to scroll down to Wipe cache partition.
5. Click the side key to select it.
6. Use the Volume down key to scroll down to Yes.
7. Click the side key to select it. The Cache will be wiped almost instantaneously.
8. Click the side key to select "Reboot system now"
