Has anyone else  noticed that after upgrading to android 13 the device is unable to find new Bluetooth devices? It was working fine before the update but ever since it's completely broken...

Enable Bluetooth HCI snoop log
Disabled was my problem within the developers options. Enabled and Bluetooth issue solved

Interesting. I saw the European forum to go under developer options and turn on Bluetooth AVRCP settings to 1.4


I will give both a try and see what comes up
