Galaxy S22I got a white screen issue all of a sudden in my s22 ultra while casually using it..my device was never dropped or and also no water damages happened to it. I tried contacting Samsung customer care and they have been here the word and they told that I am a premium customer but still they can't do anything for the white screen as the product have only 1 year warranty, they will not be able to replace this particular screen issue and also they can only fix the Green line issue and that too 2 years out of warranty that is total one year warranty and one two years out of warranty.
I am right now having a really disappointing pathetic situation asking me to replace the screen by paying a full amount for screen replacement that is nearly 20000 rupees in India.
I don't know why Samsung is treating premium customers who are buying the premium products and they are ruining with their software updates.
Can anyone help me to get a resolution for this?
