I personally would like to see the homescreen and app drawer features of HTC SENSE along with the lockscreen animated unlocking effects of TouchWiz brought back to life for not just Samsung but other Android phones.
In order to get the HTC SENSE-style homescreen and app drawer layouts I am using Apex Launcher which provides the horizontal photo and app scrolling features of HTC SENSE, as well as the vertical scrolling on the app drawer. And, in order to get the widescreen wallpaper setting features for my many widescreen photos and wallpapers, OGQ's Backgrounds HD provides the widescreen wallpaper setting options with scrolling, along with the TOUCHWIZ-style photo gallery which is available in the Play Store.
But, I haven't been able to find a app that adds the TouchWiz animated unlocking effects.
In addition to the HTC SENSE homescreen and app drawer, how about an option to go from the 3 to 4 bottom button layout, so instead of having PROCESS - HOME - BACK, how about PROCESS - HOME - SEARCH - BACK?

I would love to see old Android skins made available by the official companies. It would be so cool to make new Android look like TouchWiz. Windows should do this too.
I like the HTC SENSE style homescreen and app drawer skins. I like TouchWiz for the lockscreen swipe effects like Popping Colors and Skipping Stones. I wish they'd bring them back as customization modules which you can add to your customization options in your phone.
