Samsung S22 Ultra - How Do I Uninstall Gemini?

The latest UI 7 and Android SW upgrade reinstalled and activated Gemini. As an IT security professional, I cannot have any devices that are listening-enabled or have such software installed. How do I uninstall the Gemini software?

Disable gemini in Google account settings. Mine is disabled.

This is not an acceptable response. It's my phone and if I want Gemini uninstalled it needs to be uninstalled. Is the official answer from Samsung that it can't be?
