My previous S22 Ultra (I have had it since February) shut off on me last week. Would not charge or turn on at all; I tried to force restart it and used a wireless charger in case it was damage to the charging port and Samsung Premium Care sent me a refunded check as they didn't have any in stock at the time.
Bought a brand new one from Amazon as they had it available and shipping was fast. Now after five day it has done the same things and I have tried the same methods as above. Trying to see if Amazon will at least replace it but...
Does anyone know of similar problems or maybe potential fixes? I would greatly appreciate any and all ideas.
