Samsung cloud error message: To handle your personal data request, we' ve locked your Samsung Cloud

I just got my phone a few days ago (S22 Ultra) and for some reason I keep getting an error message with Samsung Cloud in my notifications panel. So I try to open my Cloud and I receive an error message stating "Processing your request

To handle your personal data request, we' ve locked your Samsung Cloud and turned off Sync and Auto back up."
I have no clue what to do. Everything is enabled so I don't know what else to do.

did this resolve itself? i got the same error after i requested private data from samsung cloud...
