This app is complete garbage apparently it will only pair with Samsung devices. If that is the issue, fire whomever had that brilliant idea. The loss in sales opportunity alone. I hope I'm wrong.
@justjustinagain79 It works for the devices it was designed for (Samsung Level devices). Really no different than the Ring app working only with Ring devices, etc.
Yes, most apps are proprietary and only for their devices. My cameras have their specific apps that are used. I'm sure the app type using is for specific devices.
You're comparisons ain't the same. More people would use it if it were available to more devices. U already won't use smart things app. I'll cross this one off too
