Hey guys here's an update on my issue for my phone I had to call Samsung again and they sent me to the Samsung repair store they ran Diagnostics on the phone and it passed they couldn't find anything wrong with the phone but the guy who helped me was rude and disrespectful and wouldn't even let me show him the evidence I had on my phone and the article that explains what was going on with the phone itself. So I called Samsung again going off on them saying I will turn my phone in and go to Apple even tho I hate Apple but Samsung didn't like that so I had to call AT&T warranty department being that I had the phone for only 5 months that sent me a new phone it works perfectly. Come to find out it was a bad software on the phone.

It looks your loosing network signal, download offline maps from Google maps to your phone, that should fix the issue.
