Galaxy S221) Turn off your device.
2) Press and hold the Volume Up button and the Side/Power button until you feel a vibration and the Samsung logo appears. Let go of the buttons.
3) You will now be in Android recovery. Use the Volume buttons to highlight "Wipe cache partition."
4) Press the Side/Power button to execute.
5) Use the Volume buttons to highlight "Yes."
6) Press the Side/Power button to execute.
7) "Reboot system now" will already be highlighted. Press the Side/Power button to execute.

Galaxy S22Reboot your phone, and then reboot it again in to recovery mode and wipe the phone's cache partition.

Galaxy S22If you cannot make calls, contact your carrier. Calls are a carrier issue - even if it broke with an update, as the carriers get the updates, add their own programming and push it out to their users. Worst case scenario is a phone reset would benefit you. When you do a factory reset, you get a clean operating system that was not overlaid/integrated with the old one, and errors should be reduced. Make a complete Smart Switch backup to either a flash drive or the Samsung Cloud temporary storage to insure that all your personal documents and downloads are backed up. You can restore this backup after the reset, and your errors likely will go away, as the operating system is never stored in the backup, so whatever is causing your issues would not be included (unless it's caused by an app conflict).

Galaxy S22That does not make any sense at all. The dialer and contacts app are integrated and should have updated with the OS. Put on an error report. Or If you don't want to wait for a response, use text help
