Smart Tag Doesn't find my Phone

Wondering if anyone else has this issue. I have 6 Samsung Smart tags and none of them will locate my S22 Ultra. They will appear on the SMARTTHINGS app. I have been submitting (requested) reports to tech support for a few weeks and they haven't been able to resolve this. Anyone have any ideas? Thxx

Why don't you locate your phone using smart things. Just scroll down and there should be a widget that shows you where all your devices are. You can also go to smarthingsfind on your browser.

If I had my phone, I wouldn't need Smart Things app 2 find it. Also, 1 of the things they r advertised is to locate phone. Thxx

I don't think the tags are to used to locate things. I believe they are used to find things attached to them.
