Sound stopped working when connected to earbuds

About 3 weeks ago sound stop playing out of my linked aukey Ep-t25 earbuds. I puchased a new pair thinking they had stopped working and had the same issue with the new ones. I've had the earbuds for 3 years with no problems. Any ideas???

Have you tried any troubleshooting steps? Do other wireless audio devices work fine when connected?

I have tried troubleshooting. I connected my husband's earbuds which are Airpods and I have the same problem. But when I check the phones speakers the play fine both left and right.

Try this. Settings>General management>Reset>Reset network settings. Mind you, this will clear all Bluetooth and Wi-Fi connections/settings and you will have to reestablish them afterward.

No it didn't. It may be that Samsung has just set it up so only Samsung products will work with the phone correctly
