System Volume Unresponsive After Update

2 updates came through within the last 24 hours, update 13 & 14. Ever since, my phone has zero sound. The system volume is grayed out and on minimum so I cannot change it. I can hear during phone calls and I can play music through a Bluetooth device, but the phone won't play ring tones, message notifications, etc. I have restarted the phone a few times with zero changes. Any ideas?

Try to check your Accessibility settings. 

Go to Settings > Accessibility > Hearing enhancement > Mute all sounds > Turn it off

Thanks for the reply. I checked and that feature was already off. I turned it ON and back OFF again just to be sure. No change.
