Galaxy S22@rpappu There is a file size limit but as long as the PDF is under that size limit, PDFs can be shared via MMS.

Galaxy S22@MikeDragonetti Sure. These instructions are using the Google Messages app.
- Open My Files and locate the file that you want to share.
- Long press on the file until the selection bubble appears. Make sure that the file is selected.
- At the bottom of the screen, click on Share.
- Click the Messages icon.
- Select the person that you want to send it to.
Or
- Open the Messages app and the conversation where you want to send the PDF.
- Click the + sign to add an item.
- Click on Files.
- Along the top of the screen, click on Documents.
- Find and click on the PDF that you want to share.
- Click Send
