My wife, son and I have Samsung S22 Ultra phones. Mine is One UI 7.0 version and Android 15 version. Our touchscreen randomly become inoperable/ can not unlock or operate the phone if it is unlocked. The only way we can operate the phone is by using the S pen to unlock and restart the phone. After doing so, they work fine until it happens again. On 6/11/2025 my phone did it 6 times. Please help with support for this issue.
