Unable to edit the lock screen

After the last OS update I am unable to edit my lock screen. When I make a change, the "done" button is not illuminated so I can't save the change. What a mess!

Are you using the default wallpaper on the lock screen?

It seems like the default lock screen theme won't allow changes. I had to change the wallpaper to one of the other featured ones and that allowed me to customize and save.
