Using facial identification for Samsung Gallery rarely works

I've been trying to use facial identification in the Samsung gallery. Maybe 1 in 20 gets identified. I'm really frustrated. I have success using Amazon and Google pics. Does anyone know of any apps I can download? The Samsung function sucks.
