Voice mail app not working

Is anybody voicemail app not working?Every time when I try to open it it says crashed

mines never worked before and samsung support hasnt been able to fix it ever since i got my phone

Mine's used to work and all of a sudden it stopped

After the may update, i keep getting boicemail to pop up? Comes back immediately after i delete it!
