Voicemail password says it's not valid

I've had the same password for ages now. But today when I tried to put in my password for my voicemail, it said it wasn't valid? I never changed my password either since I don't know how to. So im wondering HOW TO CHANGE it?!

@Craxy Voicemail is a service provided by your carrier. Reach out to your carrier to reset the password.
