Wallpaper setting crashing

I am on an s22. And whenever I try to change the wallpaper the screen freezes and it goes back to the settings page. 

This problem has been occuring for some time since I updated to one ui 5.1.

Clearing the app data fixed it for me

Wait I tried it an it kept crashing again today. I don't know why. I can't change my wallpaper anymore through settings.
