Galaxy S22Hi,
After the OneUI 5 update my whatsapp installed in the secure folder just stop working. Sometimes the app opens followed by a message saying it stopped working. While the message is showing it is possible to see that the app is updating in the background (message counts are updating).
Things I have already tried :
- Force Stop + Clear cache
- Wipe cache and Repair app in Recovery Mode
- Restore all configuration
- Uninstall app (keeping data) and reinstall it
Nothing works and this is a disaster.
Since the backup stopped working since this last update I cannot access any of my data; So Samsung is literally making me lose my personal data.

Galaxy S22I have the same problem here. It is worse than I imagined, because I removed whatsapp then set up it again inside secure folder.
The first use was ok, but now I can't use whatsapp again, facing the same problem described by banduk. Returning to the same point.
It seems One Ui 5 isn't compatible with whatsapp inside secure folder on galaxy s22. Be warned.

Galaxy S22- I also faced same issue in my samsung galaxy A71. Several methods tried but no use. Finally i thought an idea. Uninstalled secure folder and installed again. Selected secure folder previous version while setting up. (But forgotten at we which step the option appears)
As of now, the Problem is solved.
Back to WhatsApp in secure folder
