Where is the list of "optimized vs not optimized apps" in the S22 Ultra?

This was a list that I was able to access on some of my old Samsungs and Pixels. Now, I seem to only be able to find it on an individual app basis, which is really painful. Where is the big list at in the settings now?

i had to use quick shortcut maker to get there, but it's still available, dont know where they hid it in the menu either

Don't have a complete answer. Did you notice that rather than a list named "Optimized" there's one for "Never Sleeping Apps?" This appears to list the apps whose battery usage has been optimized; the "sleeping" & "deep sleeping" lists are varying degrees of restricted battery usage. The annoying thing here is I don't see a list anywhere pertaining to apps with "unrestricted" battery usage.
