Wifi calling default keeps changing

Anyone else having issues with wifi calling? My cell signal tends to be weak so I'll have it on wifi preferred, but for some reason it keeps defaulting back to cellular. Happens on my fiances S21 as well. Anyone know a way to make it stick?

There is a setting in wifi calling that says cellular preferred or wifi is the wifi preferred on

Yes I know the setting, but as I said the setting keeps going back to cellular and won't stay on wifi.
