I make my own voice mail greeting and do not want the default message "leave your name and number etc" to play also. I don't don't want two messages saying the same thing, just my voice and greeting. How can I get rid of the redundant default message PLEASE !!

Your mobile provider's website should have instructions on how to customize your voicemail message.

It is also inadvisable to post personal information on a public forum. You should remove your email address.

In voicemail after you connect it should be in administrative options

Depends on your carrier. If you call your voicemail (press and hold '1'), you can go into the settings to disable Caller Prompts (at least that's how I did it with Verizon). That way, the "At the tone, please record your message..." prompt will no longer play, and callers will just get a "Beep", and be able to leave their message right after hearing your personal greeting. I know T-Mobile doesn't have any other instructions by default (even with a number-or-name-only voicemail), but I know AT&T ALSO does, but I'm not sure if they allow you to disable them or not (just Verizon, because that's who I have, and I did it). Just call from your phone, enter your password, and listen to the options to see if there's an option like I described above.

Dial your voicemail and follow the prompts to set up a new greeting. Your voicemailbox is a carrier service, and you should contact them about setting up your mailbox.
