I discovered an issue with my new 23S Ultra. Long story short. Feedback and echo when calling. Tmobile ended up approving to swap my two 5 days new devices after swapping my Sim card, hard reset my devices, but I discovered that it was the cases I'm using.
I was using water resistant and sealed case. That caused the ear speaker sound waves to bounce causing the feedback and echo.
Here is the case brand so you don't fall into same mistake.

Same issue with simular case... But never had problem with Note 20 Ultra using same case for 2 years so figuring this s23 ultra is just more sensitive apparently. What case did you wind up buying? Cant have these phones without some type of rugged outdoor case. Especially me since I work outside!
I agree, 23s ultra ear speakers position and its sensitivity is causing this issue with this case. Case is great don't get me wrong. But I feel it was never lab-tested. This us tge case I ended up getting.

Have you had a chance to test the new SUPCASE yet? I'm having the same echoing problem with my waterproof Otterbox case. Your new one looks almost identical. Let me know what you think?
Oh yes and it works fine. However it is not water proof and has an open in front of the ear speaker. I tbink the issue is with the ones that are totally sealed. Plus the 23s is water resistant. So I was encouraged to get a case that would protect it from breaking if it fell down.
