Have been trying to resolve an issue with my provider, AT&T and my phone. It seems that cell phone providers in Pasco county FL have been having problems. I can't receive calls from certain people that I've been talking to for years. Sometimes it works, other times the phone rings only we can't here one another.

1: No numbers are not being blocked.

2: am not using Active Armour or any other screening program.

3: am not using WIFI calling

The only thing I notice that I think odd is that when connected to WIFI the 5G symbol goes out.

Also, if a person calls and the issue occurs, they can still text me instead. Probably a different system.

Any help will be appreciated. TIA

You need to complain to AT&T, they are responsible for providing you with trouble free service.

Turn off your data and see what happens if everything is fine it's your carrier

Why would turning off mobile data effect incoming calls?

The only other thing I can think of is possibly a new sim or a defective phone
