Any reason why Samsung's camera cannot zoom optically at UHD60?

Have you noticed that when you shoot a video at UHD 60 the option to switch optical zoom lenses by pinching your finger disapppear without clicking each zoom option? This does not happen on FHD60 or UHD30. You can only switch lense by clicking and it uses that lens and zooms digitally. 

On FHD60 and UHD30, the lens switches without the faded black screen switch.

I can pinch to zoom on my S23 Ultra while videoing in UHD60.

I have the S23 Ultra, Certainly you can pinch zoom on UHD60 although it's digital not optical.
