After the last update my camera isn't working, is someone else having that issue?

Which update? One UI 7 or a security patch? Which device do you have? How is your camera not working? More info, please.

One UI 7, I have a s23 ultra, and every time I try to open the camera a pop-up message appears. "Warning camera failed"

I even reset my phone to fabric settings, and nothing changed.

Run phone diagnostics in device care. It will let you know if there might be a hardware issue.

The first thing I did was go to camera setting and reset settings, then reboot my phone, after that I clear caches, didn't see any change so I decided to reset my phone. Nothing changed
