Suddenly my screen to Edit text messages, in any app, is covered by a Grey bar with other text but can't scroll the original message up far enough to access the tab.

Also, does the gray bar appear in Safe Mode? This mode disables all third-party apps from running in the background, which helps determine if an app is the cause.
