I just opened my phone and realized Samsung wants us to switch to Google messages. I am not ok with this. This is a dumb idea. Google messages did not work well when I 1st bought my phone and I'm sure it doesn't work any better now. Please let us keep the option for Samsung messages. I'm sure many Samsung users feel the same way.
Nuh uh. That's too simple& basic for me lol I'm a frequent themes changer on Samsung, I even purchase some as well! I like to see those backgrounds on my msgs too. I'm just saying if they're trying to push everyone to use it, then they need to figure how u can let the themes show! & keep it basic for others if they choose to
I like to customize things also. At that time the Samsung app wouldn't allow custom ring tones for text messages. Google would allow that. This was my main reason for switching. While Samsung's app might allow that now, back then it didn't.
Lol now my phone is mostly silent except on weekends๐ but now I'm bummed over this, I really like using themes. I may have to look into using the GO apps again.
Whhyyy why are you killing off your own apps if I have a Samsung phone I want Samsung tools not Google can't even change the icon. And not only that they read and store our messages anything you send or receive photos and all are all read and seen by live people and stored for 3 YEAR even if you request not for that to happen they still are seen by someone and then reported if anything is seen . So like you can't even talk to someone your fighting with or send and receive fun photos with your partner its messed up I hate goo
I have been on multiple messaging platforms, and I genuinely hate how Google messages looks. If they are combing it with Samsung, why do I have to use Google emojis and Google photos? I dont want a Google phone.
I really like the format of Samsung messages, I am really disappointed in Samsung for getting rid of it.
Right there with you. I went back to samsung after having pixel and hating google and their messaging system. The whole reason I'm with samsung is for the cute themes and messaging.
