Charging phone to keep battery in pristine condition

I wanted to ask someone who is knowledgeable in the Galaxy s23 Ultra battery. What would be the best percentage to always charge your phone battery? As in I should charge my phone when it hits what percent to keep the battery good if you guys don't mind me asking? I already use the phone at 85% setting. I plan on keeping this phone for at least 5 years

I always charge mine up to 100% but to my knowledge the 20% - 80% range is ideal

To personalize this setting a bit, it is possible to create a routine that turns on "Protect battery" when your phone reaches any point (that you set) above 85%. I would set it for 90% to balance the amount of battery life you receive, while limiting the number of charging cycles on the battery.

There's a setting where you can limit battery charging to 85% so you can preserve your battery for as long as possible

I use a smart plug to control my phone charger with a routine I created to limit my phone charging to 80%. Doing this my five year old Pixel 2XL's battery is still in good health, over 80% of its original capacity.
