Galaxy S23
My new S23+ has a Bluetooth issue where the cheap TWS type earbuds crackle and skip like an old record player sounds. They also have a concert hall or echo sound to them that my S22+ does not have. My Galaxy buds that came with the phone sound fine. But for those of you that have a problem with cheaper Bluetooth headphones studdering like a scratched CD the temporary fix is to turn on developer mode, and toggle ON the switch for "Turn off A2DP Hardware Offload." This will stop the crackling and skipping sound with some cheaper headphones until or if it's fixed in an update.
