Thank you for bringing up this topic in the community. I can relate to this concern as well. I had a similar issue, and I was able to fix it by getting the SIM card replaced by my carrier. There are things we can try before trying that option. Check out the link below. It covers concerns with dropped calls, but having a poor signal could also correlate with the article. If you have any further questions about your phone signal going in and out. As previously stated, you may contact your carrier or you can always send us a private message. Just click on one of the moderator's profiles and click on Send Message.

Galaxy S23Hello all, thank you for reaching out. I can certainly understand the annoyance of constantly choppy audio during a call, as I have experienced this before myself. If you experience poor in-call sound quality, such as noise or the other party's voice being cut off, it may be an issue related to your mobile network coverage or your device's settings. Follow the guide below to solve the issue: https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-to-troubleshoot-poor-sound-quality-during-a-ph...
If these steps did not resolve the audio choppiness, it would be best to contact your carrier for further assistance.

Galaxy S23Basically the person on the other end can't hear me under some circumstances (the previously listed randomness) but it's not all the time, I can hear them, and there's no common denominator to try and figure it out
