Contacts Recently Added list with One UI 7 Update

Just got One UI 7 update on my S23 Ultra and noticed that there is a "Recently Added" list in my Contacts that appears before my Favorites list. First, these contacts are/were not recently added contacts and, second, I cannot find a way to delete the list without deleting the contacts. The update seems to have randomly created this list, which is stupid! Please find a way for us to either delete this list or, at the very least, move it below the Favorites list.

Easier solution found than going 1 by 1. 

Settings>apps>phone>force stop>clear cache>clear data>close & reopen phone app & then go to contacts. Recently added section all gone

I fixed this - click each 'recently added' contact one by one, click the 'i' button for each one, then back out of the contact, and go to the next. One by one they will fall off of the recently added list until your favorites are at the top again.

Glad it worked for some people, but it didn't work for me.  I even tried "favoriting" them, backing out and then removing them from favorites.  All it did was move someone else into the group.  It keeps 5 contacts in the group no matter what I try.
