Extend unlock not working.

After the one ui update, my extend unlock isn't working. I can't click on any of the 3 options. On body, trusted places or trusted devices. Trusted devices shows zero but I had devices added before. Regardless, clicking on any of those, does nothing. 

Everything is up to date. 

What am I missing?

Have you cleared device cache?

1) Turn off your device.

2) Press and hold the Volume Up button and the Side/Power button until you feel a vibration and the Samsung logo appears. Let go of the buttons.

3) You will now be in Android recovery. Use the Volume buttons to highlight "Wipe cache partition."

4) Press the Side/Power button to execute.

5) Use the Volume buttons to highlight "Yes."

6) Press the Side/Power button to execute.

7) "Reboot system now" will already be highlighted. Press the Side/Power button to execute.

Absolutely nothing happens when I tap these.

I find Google's extend unlock implementation to be glitchy, honestly. I've set modes to do the same thing. For example, I have this mode set to unlock my phone while at home. I have another set to do the same thing when it connects to my car.

I feel like that's the only option until they fix it. Ugh.

I'm not sure how to fix what you're experiencing. I can access each option on my phone. You do have a screen lock set up, correct?

If it makes any difference, I haven't had a single problem with modes. As opposed to Extend Unlock, which I've found to be hit or miss.

In the screen shot that I posted, when I tap those options nothing happens. I've resorted to using Bixby routines which is working fine.
