Galaxy S23 Ultra not updating 🥺

It's AT&T unlocked it's on the MARCH 1ST 2025 SECURITY UPDATE. Smart Switch doesn't work and i don't fully understand what's wrong with it. 😞

@LJ_Bub14 Your device might be carrier unlocked but since the model name ends in "U", it is a carrier device. 

Where did you buy your phone? Was AT&T the first (only) carrier that you used it with?

Go to phone settings -> About phone -> Software information and post the Service provider software version

The reason is you probably bout your phone from a 3rd party vender and whatever carrier was originally tied to that device wasn't properly unlocked by the carrier.
