If I have a group text, and someone sends a large message to the group, it instead appears as a download file in my individual, direct text with that person.
These were all long texts from my sister sent to the family group text, but instead they show up in our 1x1 text in the format of a download file which cannot actually be downloaded.
I have triple checked all of the settings, there are no restrictions enabled, power cycled my phone many times, wifi, data, doesn't matter...
This just started a little over a month ago.
Any advice?
Messages, setting, more setting, check download automatically. Leave it on.
Or check security and privacy in main settings, Auto blocker, check if you have on Maximum protection.(Maximum protection blocks auto downloadin messages)
