Galaxy S23I recently switched from an S21 to an S23. I have a personal and a work profile on my phone. The work profile is managed by my organization.
On my S21, my Garmin Connect app was able to see the work profile apps and send those notifications to my smartwatch. On the S23, it does not see the apps. I searched the settings for anything that would allow me to change permissions, but I don't see any options for this.
One UI version 7.0
Android version 15
Android security patch level May 1, 2025
Any ideas how to rectify this? I contacted my IT department, but they said it wasn't anything with their policies. I chatted with Garmin, and they weren't aware of anything on their end.

Galaxy S23I have not. I'm suspecting it's an Android 15 issue, but I'm really not sure.

Galaxy S23@Jeff1805 It could be, but the developers of the apps are expected to update their apps when the OS is updated.
