Just ordered the phone and wanted to hear the good, bad and ugly. I have been with Samsung for years and have not been disappointed. My wife tried to convince me to switch to the IPhone, because the rest of the family is on the IPhone...couldn't do it. Looking forward to getting the S23 Ultra.
Everything is fine except the charging port is too deep in the phone for any cable plug to make a connection, unless I push it in as hard as I can, but as soon as I let go, it falls out. I've tried multiple cables and different cases, and no case, but nothing works. Samsung Customer Service said their policy is for me to return the phone for repairs - they will not replace it even though it's a manufacturing problem.
The closest service center is two hours away, so sending it in is my only option.
So, caveat emptor (buyer beware).
