Just ordered the phone and wanted to hear the good, bad and ugly. I have been with Samsung for years and have not been disappointed. My wife tried to convince me to switch to the IPhone, because the rest of the family is on the IPhone...couldn't do it. Looking forward to getting the S23 Ultra.

I'll speak for the good of the S23Ultra, I've been enjoying it I personally haven't had any issues yet, the camera is great everything about the s23Ultra is great, I've had alot of workers ask me about it I've shown them camera and expert mode they told me they want to switch to the ultra but can't cause they are on apple with everyone they say it's because of the bubbles I told them you can change the color of messages and get themes etc, honestly though you'll enjoy it I've been with samsung for years also made the switch from apple to samsung my junior year in high school and never looked back before I had the s23ultra I had the starwars edition note 10+ told myself it wasn't going to upgrade unless the s23ultra had upgrades and I did lol been happy with it since launch and you'll be happy with it also

You made the right choice, I myself have been a Samsung consumer for years and trust me no matter what ppl say am never leaving Samsung! I have both the S23 Ultra and S23 Plus and they are awesome!

I've had almost every Galaxy S-series since the S2, and I've been really happy with each one. UNTIL NOW, WITH THE GALAXY S23 ULTRA.
Everything is fine except the charging port is too deep in the phone for any cable plug to make a connection, unless I push it in as hard as I can, but as soon as I let go, it falls out. I've tried multiple cables and different cases, and no case, but nothing works. Samsung Customer Service said their policy is for me to return the phone for repairs - they will not replace it even though it's a manufacturing problem.
The closest service center is two hours away, so sending it in is my only option.
So, caveat emptor (buyer beware).

I never had that issue with mine and I've had S8, Note 8, Note 9, Note 10+, my charger port is fine and I have the juggernaut case, rokform case, and now the ghostek Executive case for the S23Ultra and the charger port was no issue, thats a strange problem I'll keep and eye out for that, thank you

I have never had this issue with my s23 ultra. You must have gotten a defective product.

I am also having this problem!! Been running diagnostic tests to see if that would resolve it but no luck. Have tried multiple cords, multiple charging stations and even resorted to getting a wireless charging pad but that's not charging it either. I can barely get it to charge and have only had the phone 3 months. I'm thinking my issues may be a bad internal battery. I hate having to swap it our under warranty but I think that's what I'll end up doing.

I have owned them all and the S23Ultra in my opinion is the best in every way it's fast fluid and powerful. Great battery life amazing camera has spen really just been outstanding 👏
