In order for Google Voice to be accurate I have to break it down very simply for example I used to be able to have John Doe and under John Doe have mobile, work, home, so when you would say OK Google call John Doe mobile it would, and if you would say OK Google call John Doe work it would, but now lately it gets confused and says who do you want to call or picks the wrong number. In order for this to work I have to create three different entries for example John mobile John work, John SMS. So now I can say OK Google call John Mobile it'll call the cell phone number etc. And if I want to text I say OK Google text John SMS and then it pulls up the phone number for that. Very strange but the workaround is you have to be very basic it shouldn't be like that, you should be able to say call John Doe and then give the listing of the phone number, you should be able to have just one contact and not have like multiple contacts for one person very frustrating.
