A green vertical line spontaneously appeared on my phone display. S23 device is only 1 year old and otherwise in pristine condition. Took it in for service and was told that I'd have to pay for it out-of-pocket. Used numerous Samsung devices for a very long time and quality has been excellent until now. Disappointed in the quality and lack of sufficient warranty that covers this type of issue.
you might unboxed it a year ago, but S23 was manufactured since 2023, so it was 2 years ago, and 2 years is minimum year that your device stand a little chance getting line issue on your screen. This also apply to any other S or Z series, once it reach 2 years then good luck battle with "green/white line"
the only resolve is replace screen and yes you have to pay
