Galaxy S23I had to create a new account to post since my main Samsung login details are on my phone.
Ever since I downloaded One UI 7, my phone has been unusable. At first, my phone would constantly restart itself, and the only fix was to clear the cache. Now, it is stuck in a boot loop. When I turn it on, the Samsung logo appears for a few seconds, disappears, and returns only to restart the process. I can't get into safe mode or access my homescreen since the phone doesn't get past the start-up screen. I can access the recovery screen, but I can't do much except wipe the cache, which doesn't fix my issue. I have so much data on my phone, and nothing is backed up. I REALLY don't want to factory reset.
EDIT: It turned out that my battery was the issue. I contacted support and was told to take it in for repair. The repair place put in a new battery, and my phone works perfectly fine now. I'm not sure if One UI 7 did anything or if my battery just so happened to die after I updated.

Galaxy S23I also have the problem, the phone is working other than I am unable to get past the AI start which then just gives me a black screen with the backup arrow in the lower left corner.

Galaxy S23I had the same problem on my Galaxy S23 Ultra after updating to One UI 7.0. I found this solution in another forum. You need to disconnect the telephone from the internet and restart without connection. Remove the SIM card, move away from WiFi connection range and restart. It worked for me.

Galaxy S23What do you mean by disconnecting the telephone from the internet? Like turn off WiFi or turn off mobile data?
Even if I knew what to turn off, I can't even get into my phone anyway. It just loops the start-up screen repeatedly, displaying the Samsung logo text on a black screen.
