When I call people I want the volume to be very low any way to do that?

Are you talking about the volume of the person talking? If you are, just use the volume up and down during a phone call

When you call people at night, why not just use ear buds or headphones so you don't disturb anyone?

It shouldn't be that loud when set to the minimum In Call Volume.
