How to transfer ECG history to new device?

I switched from a S21U to S23U. I'm still using my GW4. Samsung Health app data transferred everything except the ECG data from Samsung Health Monitor. I can download the data from the old S21U but it's in pdf form. I can nearby share the csv files but can't access the app to place those files into.

I'm the same person so why can't I transfer my 2 years worth of ECG data to my new device? That is valuable info the could lead to detecting a problem later in life.

If we can't transfer that data then that is a very stupid limitation.

Anyone know how to transfer ECG data from old device to new device?

@OnMy1stSport Did you use Samsung Smart Switch to move your data from your S21U to S23U?

Yes I did. Took about 45-60 min via cable connection.

I am having the same problem. s22u to s23u...no ecg data transferred.

Me to exactly from S22U to S23U.

Everything transferred except the ECG data..

Any  solution 🙏
