If I upgrade to the S23 plus, will it already have Android 14 installed?

I was thinking about upgrading to the 23 plus does it come installed with UI 6.0 Android 14 and if it does will it have issues as we have seen the past few weeks should I wait until all this is worked out? or go ahead and get the phone. thank you all for your suggestions

I've had the S23+ for about 7 months now. It comes installed with the latest software updates. I bought the phone running Android 13.Now I have 1UI 6.0 Android 14. Best phone I've ever owned.

I would generally wait for the S24 series to be out being that it is 2 months away from being released. It'll come with better perks too!

I hear that as I'm due for upgrade myself right now running the s22 and was going to go to the s23 but figuring the same thing since the s24 will be coming out shortly I figured I will wait and see what the verdict is, but usually I don't like getting new devices right off as most of them have issues as I've seen in the past, usually I give it 6 months or so of the new model being out before I choose to upgrade but we shall see how it goes this time

Yea I don't usually like doing this too but the S24 ultra is gonna have a flat screen which is generally what everyone has been waiting for. It's better to wait to see what it looks like being that it is close by.

Going from a 21 to 23 free upgrade but 24 is around the corner with trade in still probably on the low might wait

I have the S23U as well and it is a fantastic phone. But I agree I would wait for the s24 as it'll be here in two months.

but more than likely it will be coming with Android 13 and while you're setting it up you'll have a notification to update to Android 14 if it's on T-Mobile, other carriers haven't released the stable yet as they are doing their own carrier tweaks to it at the moment....
