Galaxy S23For devices having One UI 6 and above, Samsung has made some changes with the volume panel and the "per-app volume control" no longer exists.
But if you want to adjust your volume panel here's how you can do it:
Go to Play Store and download the "Good Lock" app then look for "Sound Assistant" and install it. Once it's done open it then go to "Customize Volume Panel" and turn it on > Custom > Expanded Panel > hit the "App Volume". You can also change more volume settings from the app itself.
Now you should be able to see separate app volumes as shown below, hope this helps!

Galaxy S23Hi Laughrican, I see that you are having an issue with the individual app volume controls. I would be more than happy to help you with this issue. Below I have provided a link, so you can perform some troubleshooting steps, so you can go back enjoying your device.
https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS10004611/
When you do open this link, if you click on the Separate App Sounds, you will find the steps to attempt . If the issue still persisits dont hesitate to contact Samsung back. Hopefully this helps!
