Installed Latest Security Update- Now Data Requests Are Really Slow

Today I installed the latest Security Updates to my S23 Ultra. Now any app that initiates a data request, contains a link to something else, and my web browser have become very slow to render pages, update to the next screen, or display the linked info. Chrome especially has become very slow and often gives a timeout error message instead of loading the page smoothly like it did before the update.

How long before whatever has been broken to issue a fix?

I'm also having an issue posting here. Keep getting "Server error. Try again" messages.

Probably why I got a message saying duplicate posts are not needed. It took several attempts to post this one...

Just noticed something else, too.

I booted into recovery so I could wipe cache and maybe make things better. When was the option to wipe cache removed???

After last month's security update. It's now incorporated into the reboot process. Reboot your phone and it's suppose to automatically clear the cache partition.

Well, I've tried all the usual. After multiple restarts it's not much better and I'm not going to reset and start fresh. Just not willing to deal with the restore hassles.
